Intrinsic is an apprenticeship-based training program in American-manufactured cabinetry. We’re rooted in lived experience and designed to serve opportunity youth, adults, and underserved individuals from all walks of life, anyone ready to build a future with skill and purpose.
We turn raw potential into skilled, paid work by blending expert craftsmanship training with comprehensive wraparound support. Our approach goes beyond technical skills, helping participants build confidence, community, and a sense of belonging.

Our 42-month, 8,000-hour apprenticeship in cabinetmaking gives participants:
