Our programs combine hands-on training, related technical instruction, and workplace readiness to prepare participants for long-term employment. We serve opportunity youth, adults, and individuals facing barriers to employment by preparing them for skilled careers in high-demand industries.

Intrinsic’s flagship apprenticeship pathway is in cabinetmaking, offering a paid training experience aligned with industry standards. Additional pre-apprenticeship and training pathways support entry into other high-demand sectors designed for 12-month completion or sooner.

Cabinetmaking is one of Intrinsic’s flagship training pathways, in addition to training in Digital Marketing, Construction Labor, Logistics, and more. These are high-skill, high-demand trades providing a strong foundation for careers. Our participants—from opportunity youth and veterans to adults overcoming barriers—prove every day they are ready to meet workforce demand.
